Welcome back my friends. After my last blog post I began to search for a hot knife of hot peg instrument similar to the one that was used in the video. Overall it looked like a much healthier alternative to lighters. I smoke everyday out of my bong and my gram-a-day dosage has resulted in inhaling far too much butane. The butane from these lighters may be doing more damage than I can tell and I want to take precautions.

In Search of a healthier method to lighting my kush, one vendor suggested "Bee Line" as a More natural taste. It wasn't what I was looking for but it was a healthier alternative and much more organic. The process was very new to me but very easy to get use.

I simply cut off a 2 inch strand of the hemp wick line of string. The string is dipped in bee wax and provides a very subtle and slow burn. I lite the hemp line and use it just like a match. I could immediately taste the difference and I was very happy with my purchase. I am still going to look for a hot knife or some form of self heating apparatus. The idea is to be more healthy so it is a necessary element to smoking marijuana. I might shop later online and I would love to here you suggestions. Check out the "Bee Line"  at http://www.thebeelinestore.com/ and burn one for me.

It was time for my daily Wake and Bake this morning when I found this cool video below. I just did a random search and found the Youtube Channel for Nugporn TV.

It looks like Nugporn could be sponsored by WeedMaps or maybe they are just friends. Regardless, it appears that this video channel will be very informative for Patients and Potheads.

Check the video below, subscribe like I did and drop your comments.

Peace and Blessings my friends. I am still here and I still big smoking. I have been really frustrated with the changes involving marijuana and throughout the year I have had some serious ups and downs as a patient. I do want to vent about what is going on but I want to learn a little more before I speak on our current events.

For now I really want you all  to be aware of WeedMaps.com and the unique service they provide.

If you are living in Southern California you might be experiencing some the same issues I am with local dispensaries closing down. I have had my two favorite shops shut down when I was looking to refill my prescription. With the uncertainty of the quality at the other dispensaries in my area I had to check out Weedmaps.

WeedMaps.com offers a very cool website for the local shops to advertise. Patients can leave reviews and the website offers coupons everyday. Contact information and the physical address are both accompanied by a precise map. You gotta check it out. I will be back soon hopefully before x-mas to let you know where I am at and what I have been smoking. Until next time my friends... Happy Holidays.

Even with legalization of marijuana in over a dozen states. Federal laws enforcement agencies are continually raiding the places of business and farms of growers all across the country. I thought many of you would like this video while trying to put it all into perspective. Don't forget to comment.

Also Known as the ASA The Americans for Safe Access has recently created a new program that everyone must know about. Americans for Safe Access is a member-based organization of patients, medical professionals, scientists and concerned citizens promoting safe and legal access to cannabis for therapeutic use and research.

We have come along way but our system, laws and our rights are far from perfect and with raids still happening, what’s a medical cannabis provider to do? Thankfully, Americans For Safe Access (ASA) has launched a “Raid Response” campaign to help protect our MMJ community’s rights. When a raid is in progress and reported to ASA, here’s a taste of how things are supposed to go down

Step 1 As illustrated above ... ASA staff checks its database to find information about the provider or dispensary being raided.

Step 2 is illustrated to our right as the ASA seeks to confirm the raid by calling the dispensary contacts it has on file. Communicating directly with the dispensary. This gives the ASA the opportunity to acquire the accurate information prior to sending out Text Alerts to the MMJ community.

Step 3 .... Attorneys for the medical cannabis provider and the local media are both contacted. A text alert is sent to the community.

Finally Step 4 ......Local activists are convened, a press release is issued, victims and patients are supported.

Go to www.safeaccessnow.org, and check out the “Raid Center” for further information.

As the boom of Medical Marijuana continues the popularity of medical edibles and beverages grows with it. Although many of my friends and peers rant and rave about the new products available, I on the other hand am personally very cautious and skeptical about edibles. We all know that direct is indigestion is the only way to overdose and I guess I am a little paranoid about it myself. I guess I have a hard time feeling comfortable about it when I don't know who prepared it and how safe their recipe or staff may be. In all I think the same can be said for buying food in drive-thru. So I decided to buy an edible from the pharmacy I trust the most... Fuzzy Gardens.

I had tried some cookies before so this time I wanted to try something different. I was hoping this time around it would hit me stronger so I went with a 5$ bag of beef jerky hoping the oils were more effective. The product is called Budd Buzzard Beef Jerky and it came in a small bag with a half ounce of jerky. The half ounce consisted of about 4 and 1/2 small sticks of greasy beefy. The taste really normal. When I buy beef jerky i like the spicy kind but this tasted practically the same as a regular stick of non-spicy jerky. Being as paranoid as I am, I only had a stick and a half to evaluate the first serving and I am sure glad I did. It worked. Total relaxation.

It really worked. the taste and the strength went very well went my body. Not to mention it was just 5$ and I still have 2 servings left. Yes I am a light weight so it may affect you bigger people a little less but for a 165 pounder it was just right for me. You gotta check it out if you into edibles. It gets my vote.

First and Foremost Happy 420! It a great day to recollect on our culture's progress. Over the last few years California and other states have begun to rebuild to our economy with the industrialization of marijuana. Today you could even see the national trend when the hash tag #Happy420 became a trending topic on twitter. With Celebrities like B-Real and Dave Chapelle right in the mix, it appears that April 20th is no longer just stoner language.

For my holiday medicine i was off to a spot called CCG Meds. They Located off the 215 near, right past Center. I have been going to CCG Meds for a few months now and usually they see me on Wednesday or Thursdays for some great deals they host on those specific days. I go in often to check out the $5 Grams and Today I had chose a decent strain called Mr. Brown. It had some crystals so I choose it over the other five strains they had available at that price. I went to order six grams for $30 bucks and the young female clerk made me aware of the 20% off which was a bonus discount running for the holiday. So I quickly changed my order from six to ten grams. After the regular weekly special and the holiday rate I walked out with 10 grams for just 40$. I smoke alot and I have more bills than I can afford so this was a plentiful reward and it made my holiday 10 times better walking away with much more than I expected.

As for the smoke..... Mr Brown turned out to be one of their better $5 offers. I have gotten few strains of better quality for $5 but I have gotten much worse from other pharmacies. There is a slightly pleasant taste to the strain. Its very dense and as the name calls.... its brown. Its also a Hybrid for those of you that are wondering. Overall it turn out to be a great trip and I know the next few day will roll along much smoother. Big Ups to CCG and Happy 420 to all of you.

Fuzzy Gardens is located Downtown Riverside right next to the court house. The parking is not perfect but everything else. I've been going to Fuzzy Gardens since December and as usual I was lured in by an advertisement of 6 gram 8th's for first time customers. Unfortunately the first time I went I only took 40$ and all 8th's are 50$. So I never got my 6 grams 8th. instead I settled for 2 grams for 30$. It was not the deal I wanted but that didn't stop me from appreciating what I did leave with.

I left with the best medicine I could find in a 10 mile radius. You see Fuzzy Gardens does not have a top shelf. Everything in the shop is premium quality. I have at least 20 visits under my belt and I have not been disappointed once outside of not getting that 6 gram 8th. I took some time to review the Fuzzy Gardens because I wanted to be sure 100 percent before I made judgement and my 4 month evaluation has drove me to the conclusion that Fuzzy Gardens is the best Medical Marijuana dispensary in Riverside, California. I have visited every shop in Riverside. Most shops lure you in with to good to be true advertisements attached to not so good medicine. Fuzzy Gardens doesn't play that type of game. Fuzzy Gardens doesn't have many deals at all. Outside of the 6 gram 8th for 1st time patients, the only deals you will find is 5 $ off during happy hour and the recently added 10$ grams. The newly added 10 $ grams are actually better than some of the top shelf's at other pharmacies.

A lot of the staff that works at the local dispensary's will just talk to talk. Some have even lied to my face about the product, the industry or even the science involved in medical marijuana. Not the staff at Fuzzy Gardens. Over here its all business and while being courteous, the staff at Fuzzy Gardens are very professional. After a few visits you will trust them just as much as I do.

Most recently I got the Sour OG and its was a treat. The smell was perfect, the taste was wonderful and its very effective strain of medicine. I personally recommend running in for a batch but don't be alarmed if the are out of stock. Like I said every strain at the Fuzzy Garden's will make you a happy customer. Fuzzy Gardens also recently added edibles and beverages which I have yet to try, but I am very confident of their quality. Don't miss out. Trust me when I say If you live in Moreno Valley, Corona, Bloomington or Colton ..... Fuzzy Gardens is worth the drive.

Hey there my friends,  you know what time it is but before we begin the next chapter i just wanted to say... This industry is booming. Everyday I hear of a new pharmacy or a new strain. So much so I can not keep the bloggin up to date with the smoking. The amount of people buying, selling and trading is starting to make me believe that any rise in the economy is a direct result of the changing laws regarding medical marijuana. Its just my opinion but this review may help open your mind to same opinion.

Broken record or not I have to tell you I found another deal. Courtesy of another Ad in the Culture Mag, my most recent prescription was filled at Riverside's Main St. Health and Wellness Center. The advertisement read $6 grams. I was sure this was the lowest price I had found so far so I had to investigate for my blog.

I arrived and found a line of stoners hanging out around the commercial building.  At first I was excited  and wonder if the price and quality was really that good to have a line formed outside at 8:30pm, but eventually I was made aware it wasn't the pharmacy... it was a Growing seminar. The pharmacy was actually located a few doors down. Upon entrance and the routine registration, I even passed a metal detector and security guidelines. It was a very clean establishment and the staff was very friendly. Even the security guard was good for a decent conversation. They gave me the grand tour and the tour made me acknowledge the fact that this was the largest pharmacy I had been in.  Their building had room for a grow room and display. They have a consignment area where you can find oils, edibles and other treats. It was all really impressive but at the same time my only concern was the quality of the $6 gram. To no surprise the it was about 6 $ worth of weed. You could tell immediately from looking thru the jar. I love a great deal but its rare you find quality at great price. I order a few grams and looked around some more because I knew i would probably get more pain relief outta the actual coupon itself.

Now remember the building is big and I ended up wandering down the hallway a little bit. I was startled its was maybe a half dozen cubicles each with a grower / salesmen sitting down with a display of their own personal stash. I was kind of confused about it all and I soon got the run down. This Main St. Wellness Center is the home the our nations only Medical Marijuana Farmers Market. Seriously! Patients that grow and may have extra can come trade or sell the extra weed. Every Friday and Saturday during business hours the farmers market is available. It was a little bit to digest but I wasn't complaining. The vendors inside the farmers market all had better greens that the pharmacy itself. So it was mandatory for me to support such a system. I don't know what I got or who I got it from but it was alot better than the 6 $ gram they were advertising. Even though I was really disappointed with the ad they were running...  the establishment, the staff and the system was top notch. It made me feel very proud of my city for being the first and only to allow such a pharmacy to support and cultivate for patients.

Overall the Main St Health and Wellness Center is a must visit for any patient in the remote area. You must expierence the chances and evolution that is happening before our eyes. As a bonus I got a cookie as well as a free gift and it was one of the most effective edibles I ever had. There are many reasons to check out this facilty and iI would love to hear your comments and reply after you do so.

Peace and blessings my friends. I hope you missed me. I know you didn't think I stopped smoking, Right? Over the past few weeks I have visited the same collective on several occasions. I know it wasn't the agenda when creating the blog, but the special fit the quality and overall the price was right.

I again found the Green Ribbon Co-Op inside the Culture Magazine and I was interested in the house special. As Advertised its a 1/8th of anything on the shelf for $39.00 and I figured it's a good deal, if i could get a decent amount of pain relief. Medical Marijuana is expensive. Its not much different from the street value and pricing, but when its compared to beer, Advil or even cigarettes, your receipts make you wonder.
Since i got so many different types and made several trips i will list my evaluations below to make its more easy on you readers.

Hindu Skunk:

If there was one strand I would suggest not trying it would have to be the Hindu Skunk. It just didn't float my boat. Kinda Dry and Flaky.. it really didn't seem fresh or potent. It has a soft kick like a newborn baby. I don't know if its my tolerance, But I would believe most patients need something much stronger for relief.

Chernobyl:

This strains name scares me. You should google its name. Considering the knowledge of the name's meaning, I figured it would be strong. Honestly it was slightly better thank the Hindu Skunk. Again it wasn't really fresh and its didn't taste as good as it looked. Overall on a scale of 1 thru 10,  I would give it a 4.4 on the scale.

Purple Mr. Nice:
I loved this strain. The taste was nice and smelled great. I would say it could be stronger, but it was perfect for my work online. yes it was light for me, but it gave a very mellow and chill vibe. I kinda Felt a nice body high too. Now Im learning the differences between Sativa and Indicas. I forgot which this was.. but it was worth the ticket. 6.2 on the Scale
Dream Queen:

An absolute bargain for the price. I actually wanted more and they ran out before i could get back to the collective. Fast and heavy relief. After smoking this the first day.. I didn't feel my arthritis for 2 or 3 days. Coincidence, yeah maybe, but its was a great score. I suggested trying it if you get a chance. On the Scale I would give it a 6.9, it was good!

Fire Og:

As with any medicine, patients become immune to it eventually. If your like me you need the best of the best. Fire Og is around 7.5 on my scale. The best value I found at this collective. It was worth regular price and with the house special its made me a happy camper. if you get a chance grab a few servings of this batch, its doesn't always get this good. I suggest a nice water pipe and movie.

Overall the Green Ribbon Co-Op and the Culture Magazine serve its purpose. I have seen alot better medicine but I have also seen alot worse. I am Satisfied and I will visit them again someday. You can find them located on Magnolia just off the Tyler exit. I don't know how long the special is but $39 for an 1/8th is a great deal .. get it while its hots.

Walking out the door, I told myself... "Here we go again". I was literally praying for this new pharmacy to have some top shelf medicine. I was headed toward Corona, off to the 215 Victory Collective. Again It was another ad in the culture magazine that sold me. Victory's ad was advertsing a special for first time patients, "Buy an 1/8th and get 1/8th free". It sounded like a great deal, but after the garbage i got from the Magnolia Wellness Center, I had a feeling it was a deal to good to be true. Located off Magnolia and Pierce i was looking for a commercial building but to my surprise the pharmacy was located in the lone house resting next door to a very busy corperate plaza. It felt more comfortable here and I was anxious to see my options.

After registration we entered the pharmacy and I could tell instantly that i would be pain free tonite. The set up was simple, but professional with glass cases displaying my choices. They even had magnifying glasses so i could inspect the crystals. i talked a little jargon with the owner he informed is favorite current strain was the Brain Damage. It looked good, Smelled great, and i knew i was gonna get a batch just to review his recomendation but i seen the many varietie of  top quality and i had to choose a strain on my own. I have always had a thing for purple (Go Lakers) and i had found myself zoned in on this strain called "Purple Queen"

It was the only strain of purple in the display case. After looking , touching and smelling, I was sold. Excited about my new medicine I was anxious to get home and relax, pain free. Back on the 91 fwy headed home, I cracked open the jar of "Purple Queen" so i can get more familiar with the wonderful aroma. It instantly filled the car with Amnesia's favorite scent. Getting home I had to decide between the bong, the pipe, or Rolling Papers. I stopped smoking blunt a few years back after hearing Cypress Hill's B-REAL give his reasoning for quiting blunts, so that option is out, and I eventually went with my favorite bong and packed a heavy bowl.

Is was a dark-strong-danky taste, But overall its was very smooth. A vein in my head started to throb as i refused to exhale. My stash was covered in crystals. I'm talking COVERED in crystals and its seemed as if the strain has equally, the same amount of red hair as the crystals. The blend of purple leafs, red hairs, and light green, for some reason or another reminded me of my son's Joker toy.  As i exhaled, i re-realized the marvel of medical marijuana..... Instant Pain Relief. I told myself, "That's as real pharmacy" and again i pondered whether or not "Purple Queen" was the best strain i have ever encountered. This strain was an 11 on a scale of 5. Eventually by the end of my Medication supply I came to the peace with myself, accepting the fact that this may very well be better than any other smoke of my lifetime. It was heaven compared to the last batch. It was  then I couldn't help but wonder why there was such a drastic difference between quality of medicine. is there different quality in vicatin or penicillin ?

We have along way to go in the field of medicine. We the people must  fight to coordinate a healthy and effective system that ensure patients of all disorders and pain level can obtain the right medicine. I cannot help change the laws nor can i be the quality police, but the need for such persons or forums is just another reason to check in with my blog. Overall i have to say the "Purple Queen" is worth driving at least 60 miles for, so if your in the Inland Empire it is a must you go visit 215 Victory in Riverside, off Magnolia. Regardless of what you do do.. try to stay away from the Magnolia Wellness Center

Lets catch up with a Reminder... I just got my license and i am pulling in the driveway of the closest pharmacist. Located behind the Pho Dakao Resturant off Katella Ave I walk through the doors of the G.G.O.C. ( Garden Grove Organic Caregivers ) I enter and immediately i am assisted by a Latin gentlemen communicating with me from behind a glass window. He then handed me a few registrations forms and asked for my prescription and drivers license. It was about 5 minutes in total and there i was ready to get buzzed through the drywall.

Now i smelled the wonderful melting pot of aroma since i first entered the establishment, but for some reason while standing at the door waiting to get buzzed in it felt as if my senses heightened. I was anxious and crossing though that door way made me feel relieved like as if was born again. I was not let down. The service was very friendly, while the selection was amazing. The G.G.O.C. had a 25 $ shelf, a 40 $ shelf, and a 55 $ shelf. I noticed edibles such as rice krispy treats and Brownies. The place even had medical marijuana Soda. After discussing the pricing, and even squeezing a few spears.. i decided to go with the mid-level shelf. I even asked for the gentleman's recommendation, but after it all.... i had to go with my heart.

I ended up with an eighth of Super Silver Haze and upon my purchase the clerk made me aware of the free gift to new patients. I was stoked. I chose a brand new pipe as oppose to the pre-roll and the edibles. Still Shocked by the free gift the customer next to me bragged about how he just keeps going to new clinics just for the free gifts. I knew that i would soon be doing the same. The Super Silver Haze was amazing. It was frosty, coated in crystals, with plenty red hairs. The smoke was heavy, the taste was pleasantand the loving lasts all night. I was very pleased with my choice and i was very impressed by the establishment. Great prices and very fresh product. it was a great start to my new life as a medical marijuana patient.
