Peace and blessings my friends. I hope you missed me. I know you didn't think I stopped smoking, Right? Over the past few weeks I have visited the same collective on several occasions. I know it wasn't the agenda when creating the blog, but the special fit the quality and overall the price was right.
I again found the Green Ribbon Co-Op inside the Culture Magazine and I was interested in the house special. As Advertised its a 1/8th of anything on the shelf for $39.00 and I figured it's a good deal, if i could get a decent amount of pain relief. Medical Marijuana is expensive. Its not much different from the street value and pricing, but when its compared to beer, Advil or even cigarettes, your receipts make you wonder.
Since i got so many different types and made several trips i will list my evaluations below to make its more easy on you readers.
Hindu Skunk:
If there was one strand I would suggest not trying it would have to be the Hindu Skunk. It just didn't float my boat. Kinda Dry and Flaky.. it really didn't seem fresh or potent. It has a soft kick like a newborn baby. I don't know if its my tolerance, But I would believe most patients need something much stronger for relief.
Chernobyl:
This strains name scares me. You should google its name. Considering the knowledge of the name's meaning, I figured it would be strong. Honestly it was slightly better thank the Hindu Skunk. Again it wasn't really fresh and its didn't taste as good as it looked. Overall on a scale of 1 thru 10, I would give it a 4.4 on the scale.
An absolute bargain for the price. I actually wanted more and they ran out before i could get back to the collective. Fast and heavy relief. After smoking this the first day.. I didn't feel my arthritis for 2 or 3 days. Coincidence, yeah maybe, but its was a great score. I suggested trying it if you get a chance. On the Scale I would give it a 6.9, it was good!
Fire Og:
As with any medicine, patients become immune to it eventually. If your like me you need the best of the best. Fire Og is around 7.5 on my scale. The best value I found at this collective. It was worth regular price and with the house special its made me a happy camper. if you get a chance grab a few servings of this batch, its doesn't always get this good. I suggest a nice water pipe and movie.
Overall the Green Ribbon Co-Op and the Culture Magazine serve its purpose. I have seen alot better medicine but I have also seen alot worse. I am Satisfied and I will visit them again someday. You can find them located on Magnolia just off the Tyler exit. I don't know how long the special is but $39 for an 1/8th is a great deal .. get it while its hots.

Purple Mr. Nice:
I loved this strain. The taste was nice and smelled great. I would say it could be stronger, but it was perfect for my work online. yes it was light for me, but it gave a very mellow and chill vibe. I kinda Felt a nice body high too. Now Im learning the differences between Sativa and Indicas. I forgot which this was.. but it was worth the ticket. 6.2 on the Scale
